On a multilayered background of soft cream, mother-of-pearl, silver, and warm taupe tones, a delicate network of gracefully curved branches unfolds, adorned with slender white blossoms. The finely textured surface lends the work a special atmospheric depth. While some blossoms gently emerge from the background, others seem to almost merge with it. Thus arises a poetic interplay of light and shadow, transparency and structure. As part of the series “Ethereal Blossoms,” the painting embodies the weightless beauty of floral forms. For several years she has dedicated herself to abstract and contemporary painting, creating large-scale works that balance stillness and movement, structure and ease. Her preferred materials include acrylic paints, structure gels, and metal foils, which she combines in fine, often multi-layered compositions. Through gentle transitions, harmonious color gradients, and light reflections, her works achieve a special atmospheric depth. Her works have been shown at several exhibitions in Hamburg, including “Hamburg Shows Art,” Jupiter Gallery, and exhibitions in HASPA branches. Alla Faber’s works are now in private collections in Europe, the USA, and the United Arab Emirates.
