Tutte le aste / Altro / Alessi - Jasper Morrison - Cutlery set (48)...
Cutlery set of 48 pieces composed of twelve tablespoons, twelve table forks, twelve table knives and twelve coffee spoons. The 'KnifeForkSpoon' cutlery set, designed by Jasper Morrison for Alessi in 2004, is a testament to the designer's iconic minimalist approach. Jasper Morrison, known for his commitment to simplicity and functionality, has applied these principles to create a cutlery set that transcends mere functionality, aiming to distill the essence of the "cutlery-object" to its purest and most customary form. In adhering to a minimalist philosophy, Morrison endeavors to strip away any superfluous elements, leaving behind only what is essential. The 'KnifeForkSpoon' set reflects this design ethos by eliminating unnecessary embellishments and focusing on the fundamental components of cutlery: knife, fork, and spoon. In doing so, Morrison seeks to define a definitive form for these everyday objects, a form that is universally recognizable and timeless. One of the distinctive features of Morrison's design is the deliberate removal of stylistic values. By eschewing ornamentation and decorative elements, the 'KnifeForkSpoon' set takes on a refined and unadorned aesthetic. This intentional reduction of visual complexity not only aligns with Morrison's minimalist approach but also serves to highlight the purity of the cutlery's function. The emphasis is on utility and simplicity, allowing the user to engage with the objects without distraction. Despite the deliberate removal of stylistic values, the 'KnifeForkSpoon' set remains unmistakably Jasper Morrison's creation. The clarity and coherence of the design, coupled with its adherence to a minimalist aesthetic, make it a signature piece within Morrison's body of work. The set becomes a manifestation of Morrison's design language, characterized by a commitment to clean lines, functional forms, and an overall sense of understated elegance. This ''KnifeForkSpoon'' cutlery set is in unused and new condition. Delivered with original packaging and documentation. The cutlery is dishwasher safe. Please read the manual carefully before using the set.
