This vibrant acrylic painting on canvas, executed in a captivating pop-naïf art style, presents a balanced and colorful composition divided by stylized architectural elements. A profile of a woman, dressed in a dress with warm botanical motifs, stands on the left, framed by a column of blue and yellow patterned waves. Her gaze is directed to the right, where a second figure, a white and black cat sitting, contemplates the same landscape. Both figures rest on a balcony decorated with intricate geometric and organic patterns in shades of yellow and blue. In the center, a panoramic view unfolds of a Mediterranean coastal village with white houses with red roofs nestled on green hills sloping down to a deep blue bay. Two white sailing boats sail the sea under a blue sky with a regular pattern of small square shapes and a bright orange sun setting. The scene is framed on the right by a vertical red shutter with horizontal slats. The work stands out for its use of saturated colors, flat shapes, and repetitive patterns, evoking a sense of sunny tranquility and coastal charm with a modern and illustrative touch.
