This big pearl is centered with a carved brown shaded realistic shaped hand holding a bouquet which is pinned to the white sew thru base that has a beautifully carved border. Stunning! BIG and Beautiful too! Dimensions: SM=Less than 3/4", Medium=3/4" to 1 1/4".
