1 Large Medium size 19th century example of Cleopatra. This example of Cleopatra is quite detailed and shows her image playing an instrument and standing on a curtained balcony. Often this design is found on a brass pictorial and harder to find in this horn example.. From the Lanier collection. As large as a medium size button can get before being a large. Dimensions: SM=Less than 3/4", Medium=3/4" to 1 1/4".
