Tutte le aste / Altro / 53.5 cm - Painting of Tibetan Tradition - Mandala...
Tibetan Painting - Lotus/Mandala Kalachakra - Wheel of Time. Handpainted on Cotton canvas with Natural Colors. Size : 53.5 cm For Oriental Tradition, Mandalas are artwork shape, circularity, great Knowledge, meditation, ether, spirit and matter. They radiate beauty and harmony. They contain in themselves meaning and intention, which give rise to power, attraction and fascination. They are used both as a means to knowledge and as an attractive and therapeutic means, leading the observer to a state of mental and pre-meditative relaxation. They are imbued with symbols, meanings and intent by the artist, so they release these kind of qualities, and act in the environment surrounding them. For these reasons, they are also, an incredible objects to use in Feng Shui. Usage: Meditation , Intuition, Self-Knowledge, Feng Shui , Yoga , Good Auspicious, Positive Energy, Home Decor, Collectibles. This Mandala consists of a Kalachakra in the center, and the support of the Lotus. The lotus flower is the representation of purity, beauty, fertility, transformation and self-healing ability. It is not a coincidence that in the iconography of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, they are depicted sitting on a lotus flower-shaped throne. Kalachakra Mandala is considered the "representation of the Universe". The four Portals represent four elements through which it is possible to reach the center, where is Harmony and knowledge. This is also called “journey of the soul”. This Mandala represents the highest knowledge of the Universe system and self-knowledge. Kalachakra structure is able to activate the intuition and the view of universal dynamics. I will add an accurate meanings description of this Mandala. In the corners there are 4 Infinity Knots : it's a symbol of knowledge, protection and friendship. It exhorts knowledge and clarity of the dynamics of cause and effect, of the universe, this is represented by the geometric lines that intersect. It means realization that all things are interdependent with each other. The material is cotton canvas, and the colors are water-soluble pigments, both minerals and organic materials, tempered with a solution of grass and glue.
