Buffalo China and John Maddock & Sons trio of maritime service items in vitrified ceramic produced for the Savannah Line (Ocean Steamship Company of Savannah), featuring an oval platter, a round saucer, and an individual creamer. The service is decorated with two parallel red stripes at the rim and the company logo, which consists of a red and white house flag with a dark blue X alongside Savannah Line in red cursive script. The oval platter bears a brown printed mark on the underside reading BUFFALO CHINA 1923. The saucer and creamer feature a printed mark on the undersides reading VITRIFIED JOHN MADDOCK & SONS ENGLAND.
