2023 Elena Walch Castel Ringberg Alto Adige Cabernet Sauvignon - Alto Adige DOC

The Cabernet Sauvignon Riserva Vigna “Castel Ringberg” combines power, finesse, and elegance. It traces its origin to Elena Walch’s highly awarded single vineyard, Vigna “Castel Ringberg,” whose gentle slopes, on complex calcareous soils, frame the eponymous castle. The partly old vines benefit from the unique microclimate with strong day–night temperature differences, and yield a complex Cabernet Sauvignon with spice, power, and great potential.
