Vinification and aging: Traditional with partial destemming, no filtration. Then aged for 12 to 15 months in old 20 to 55hl foudres, unfiltered, fined with egg white. Absolutely magnificent. Words are lacking to describe its evident harmony. Between its almost perfect creaminess, the strength of its fruit, and the excellence of its velvety tannins, everything is perfectly in place. We can discern oregano, bay leaf, and macerated fruit. With ten years of aging, it could bring a few tears to our eyes. What emotion. Guaranteed thrills. The wine displays a rare grace and finesse, and we can only applaud the management of texture and its overall harmony.
