Orsi Vigneto San Vito – Posca Bianca & Sui Lieviti M&M – 6 Bottles A distinctive six-bottle selection from Orsi Vigneto San Vito, bringing together two individual expressions of this Italian producer: three bottles of Posca Bianca and three bottles of Sui Lieviti M&M. 3 × Posca Bianca A white wine made using a perpetual reserve started in 2011, regularly replenished with younger wine to bring together different vintages. Spontaneously fermented, without fining or filtration, Posca Bianca offers an intriguing introduction to Orsi’s approach to winemaking. 3 × Sui Lieviti M&M An unconventional sparkling wine whose production includes extended skin contact in Georgian qvevri, followed by spontaneous refermentation in the bottle using must from the following harvest. The wine is not disgorged and remains on its lees, so natural cloudiness and sediment are part of its character. Presented in clear glass bottles with yellow crown caps, these wines make a striking contrast to the classic presentation of Posca Bianca.
