2021 Domaine Yves Cuilleron. - Crozes-Hermitage - 6 Bottles (0.75L)

6 bottles of Crozes Hermitage from Yves Cuilleron 2021. A key figure of the Rhône Valley, Yves Cuilleron is one of the most dynamic and respected winemakers of his generation. At the head of the family estate, he has managed to combine tradition and modernity to raise his wines to the top of the world hierarchy. His philosophy rests on minimal intervention to let the terroir express itself with strength and precision. Recognized for the exemplary consistency of his cuvées, he signs with Les Châssis a wine of restrained power. 100% Syrah This cuvée comes from a blend of plots in the Mercurol and Beaumont-Monteux sectors. The nose is powerful on red fruits. The palate is soft, indulgent and well balanced. The fine tannins of this wine highlight the freshness of the crunchy fruits. This wine can be enjoyed both in its youth and fruit expression and for the secondary aromas from about 5 years. See my other sales on Catawiki.
