It’s known for producing traditional Venetian red wines with a focus on quality, limited production, and sustainable viticulture Red Wines Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG – rich, powerful, and ageworthy. Amarone “Gianni Pavesi” Riserva DOCG – a reserve dedicated to the winery’s founder. Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso DOC – combines freshness of Valpolicella with Amarone complexity. Valpolicella Superiore Campo Bianco DOC – balanced and elegant red. Valpolicella Scaglia Rossa DOC – lighter, vibrant regional red.
