92/100 Wine Enthusiast 100% malbec, aromas of cherries, plums, notes of spice. Organic. Medium-bodied, balanced, complex and structured, with medium acidity and smooth tannins. Aged for 18 months in 1000 litre French oak foudres. Bottled at the domaine. Perfect for drinking now and will cellar through 2030. Created by Bernard and Cécile Croisille in 2000, and currently run by their two sons, the 40-hectare domaine in the villlage of Fages is Organic and Biodynamic. Their wines are praised for their elegance and finesse; winemaking in the style of Burgundy, a much more refined Malbec. Shipped from France.
