Wine and winery history Giuseppe Quintarelli winery is located in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, on the hills of Negrar, in the province of Verona. Giuseppe Quintarelli was one of the most important figures in Veronese viticulture of the 20th and 21st centuries. His production philosophy is based on tradition, manual grape selection, low yields, slow fermentation, and long aging in wood. Quintarelli wines are particularly valued for their ability to slowly evolve over time and for a style that prioritizes complexity, balance, and longevity over immediate impact.
