The 2007 vintage has received 95 points from Robert Parker / Wine Advocate and 95 points from Allen Meadows (Burghound), while Vinous rated it 93–96 points. Critics highlight its extraordinary complexity, elegance and depth, with red and black fruits, violets, spices, mineral notes, and a firm yet perfectly balanced structure. Burghound particularly emphasizes its intensity, precision and long mineral finish, while Wine Advocate highlights its silky texture, energy and outstanding persistence. A benchmark Grand Cru, produced by one of the historic houses of Chambolle-Musigny. An especially interesting opportunity for collectors and lovers of great mature Burgundies.
