Crafted in the heart of the Roussillon and aged in oak barrels, this distinguished Grand Cru was honored with a Gold Medal at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris 2010, a testament to its exceptional quality and character. With age, this Banyuls has developed a luxurious aromatic profile, revealing layers of candied black fruits, figs, dark chocolate, roasted coffee, caramel, and delicate sweet spices. The palate is rich, silky, and beautifully persistent, offering the complexity and refinement sought by discerning collectors and connoisseurs. A perfect companion to fine chocolate desserts, blue cheeses, foie gras, or simply enjoyed on its own as a contemplative after-dinner wine.
