2000 Rene Engel - Grands Echezeaux - Burgundy Grand Cru - 1 Bottle (0.75L)

A special bottle of Grands-Échezeaux 2000 from Domaine René Engel, originating from the prestigious Burgundy appellation Grands-Échezeaux Grand Cru. René Engel is considered one of the legendary winemakers of Vosne-Romanée. His wines are highly sought after by enthusiasts and collectors of classic Burgundy. After René Engel's death in 2005, the estate was eventually dissolved, which means older bottles from this period occupy a special place among collectors. The 2000 vintage makes this bottle extra interesting: a mature Burgundy Grand Cru that is now over 25 years old and thus a beautiful example of the classical style and the aging potential of the Côte de Nuits.
