1995 AMG-Mercedes C-Klasse DTM

One of just seven 1995-specification AMG-Mercedes C-Klasse DTM chassis constructed. Powered by a 2.5-litre V-6 engine producing 440 PS; additionally features a six-speed semi-automatic gearbox, traction control, and anti-lock brakes. Driven exclusively by Jörg van Ommen in the concurrent 1995 Deutsche Tourenwagen Meisterschaft (DTM) and International Touring Car (ITC) seasons. Achieved podium finishes at Hockenheim, Norisring, Donington Park, Diepholz, and Magny-Cours; finished runner-up in the 1995 DTM and 5th in the ITC season. Subsequently mothballed until 2014, prior to a full restoration by marque specialist Thorsten Stadler in 2018. Recently competed in Tourenwagen Legenden races in the hands of van Ommen, Patrick Huisman, and Thorsten Stadler.
