An spectacular collectible bottle from La Rioja Alta S.A., dating from the 1973 vintage and bottled as the special edition "Gran Reserva Centenario 1890-1990" to commemorate the winery's first century of existence. Belonging to a numbered series, this is bottle No. 34225. Conservacion: The bottle has rested uninterrupted for decades in a private cellar. It retains its original patina and the cellar dust, which attests to its excellent storage without tampering. General condition: As seen in the photographs, the fill level is excellent. It retains its characteristic intact metal mesh. The capsule and the Gran Reserva seal of the Regulatory Council on top are in perfect condition. The labels show wear and humidity stains typical of long storage, but remain perfectly legible. Important note: Given that this is a historic wine over 50 years old, it is marketed strictly as a collectible item and enological value.
