1901-S Barber Quarter. VG-8 (PCGS).

1901-S Barber Quarter. VG-8 (PCGS). This is the rarest of the circulation strike Barber quarter issues, and it is represented here by a pleasing golden-gray example with hints of steel-olive nestled among some of the design elements. Nice overall definition for the assigned grade, the major design elements are boldly outlined and the rims are distinct in all areas save for at the upper right reverse. Solid VG quality for the 1901-S that will attract many collectors assembling circulated date and mint sets of this popular classic silver series. PCGS# 5630. NGC ID: 23YR.
