1884-CC $20 GOLD LIBERTY — NGC AU58

1884-CC $20 GOLD LIBERTY — NGC AU58 A scarce and desirable Carson City $20 Liberty that shows strong remaining detail and rich, original gold color. This NGC AU58 example retains significant Mint State character, with bold definition in Liberty’s hair, coronet, and facial features, along with a sharply rendered eagle on the reverse. Only the slightest high-point friction keeps it from full Mint State, and the fields remain clean and attractive for the grade. The 1884-CC is a low-mintage, highly collected CC gold issue, and AU58 pieces with this level of eye appeal are always in demand. Smooth surfaces, warm luster, and excellent overall preservation make this a standout example that will draw confident bidder attention. This is the kind of CC gold that electrifies a sale—bidders who know the series will be battling for it.
