Art Deco Diamond Three Stone Engagement Ring, c.1920s

This classic engagement ring dates back to the 1920s. The centre diamond, which is an old cut, weighs 0.50 carat and the two set adjacent each weigh 0.25 carat, bringing the total to 1.00 carat. They are all claw set and match in quality, estimated as G in colour and VS2 in clarity. The ring is all handmade in 18 carat white gold. White GoldGold that is silver in colour. The colour is created from yellow gold being alloyed with another silver coloured metal such as palladium or rhodium.
